Demonstrator Qualifications
All demonstrators have extensive knowledge and years of experience in food, cookery and conducting successful in-store demonstrations. Some of their qualifications include:
- Certificates in cleaning and maintaining kitchen premises, following workplace hygiene procedures, hygiene for food handlers and hospitality.
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Consumer Science) with majors in food.
- Diploma of Applied Science (Home Economist)
- Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition
Demonstrator Conduct and Appearance
All demonstrators conduct themselves in a professional and polite manner.
Demonstrators have a strict dress code which includes:
- Smart dress with black pants or skirt and a white Bianca & Associates jacket, unless otherwise specified
- No nail polish
- Hair away from their face and long hair tied up
- Closed in shoes, no heels
- Aprons, if specified and provided
- Jewellery is kept to a minimum
Demonstrators adhere to strict health and safety guidelines at all times and understand the importance of safe handling of appliances and food.
Demonstrators are thoroughly briefed on the brand and products promoted and impart this knowledge with genuine passion, interest and enthusiasm. They understand the importance of achieving our clients’ sales and marketing objectives and keep this in mind during each demonstration.
